Big Sur Campground & Cabins is always looking for bright, motivated individuals with a willingness to work hard, be humble and take pride in everything they do.

We are here to serve the campground, our guests and each other by providing Clean, Quiet, Friendly Family Camping.

We hire several seasonal employees who can learn quickly and apply their skills for a busy summer camping season which continues even after the kids go back to school. Fall and springtime weekends stay consistently busy dependent upon weather. We also have a need for year-round employees from time to time. Winter time and holidays throughout the year are often just as busy as the summer.
On-site (pet-free) housing may be available for most full-time employees.
