  • Big Sur is a small, tight-knit community situated in a rugged, rural landscape. The residents of Big Sur are deeply connected to the land and the ocean, and many have lived in the area for generations. Despite its natural beauty and popularity as a tourist destination, the community faces numerous challenges, including limited access to healthcare, education, and other essential services, especially during crisis, like the recent wildfires and storms. To support the residents of Big Sur, Big Sur Campground & Cabins partners with local organizations to provide critical resources and funding. By investing in the community, we hope to foster a stronger, more resilient Big Sur for generations to come.
